Owner and Master Instructor Kwan Jang Nim (KJN) Cindy Villanueva
Owner and Master Instructor Kwan Jang Nim (KJN) Cindy Villanueva started martial arts in 1994 at the Ernie Reyes West Coast World Martial Arts Blossom Hill (San Jose, CA) school. She earned her 6th degree black belt at the historic 2016 Mastery test. Since she didn’t begin training until she was in her 30s, KJN Cindy especially enjoys teaching new adult students, particularly those who think they are too old or out of shape to try martial arts. She also loves teaching cardio-kickboxing classes—despite having a total knee replacement in 2009. KJN Cindy believes every student can gain confidence from martial arts, regardless of age, experience, or physical limitations.
