We recognize that you may not be ready to dive into martial arts, yet you still want a great workout. Look no further! We have a wide variety of fitness classes, from Black Belt Body cardio-kickboxing to Core de Force and Zumba. You’re sure to find a high energy, full body workout that you will love. Our instructors are all long-time fitness pros with the experience to meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey. Your first class is free, after which you can purchase an unlimited monthly tuition package for $75, a ten-class punch card for $125, or drop in for $15 per class. No previous experience is necessary.
